Nick is a luxury hospitality industry veteran of 30 years and has held executive leadership positions for some of the world’s most successful luxury hospitality companies including Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Caesars Entertainment and Las Vegas Sands. His C-suite experience spans management and development of five-star hotels, resorts, mixed-use integrated resort properties that include hotels, casinos, retail malls, residential, office/commercial, entertainment/performance venues, golf and sports clubs. Nick has led a number of greenfield multi-billion dollar integrated resort development projects.
Nick has held positions of President, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations and Development for leading integrated resort companies in the USA, China and Vietnam. •At Caesar’s Entertainment, Nick completed 17 new projects and operated a portfolio of over 30 resort properties.
Additionally, Nick is credited with implementing rigorous business process improvements, premium luxury resort services and facilities, and enhancing the profitability of the company’s numerous leisure business units.
As one of the first senior executives from the USA to take up a development leadership role in Macau, China in 2006, Nick’s portfolio of responsibilities included the development of a 6.0 million square foot movie studio themed casino resort, a 13.5 million square foot integrated resort project and also operated a 5.0 million square foot luxury integrated resort property – all of which were mixed-use multi-property projects located on the famed Cotai Strip in Macau, China.
Nick holds a master’s of management from Cornell University – Johnson Graduate School, School of Hotel Administration.
