Since joining Colliers International, James has worked on a number of highest and best use site appraisals, operator search and selections, hotel valuations (individual assets and portfolios) and hotel investment / brokerage projects.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2013, James worked in hotel brokerage, valuation and consultancy in Ireland where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
He was involved in a number of multi-million euro hotel and leisure transactions to include city centre properties, resorts and golf courses. He has extensive experience in the provision of strategic advice and valuations on behalf of many of the UK & Ireland’s largest financial and banking institutions.
He also has experience of hotel pre-sale due diligence and asset management.
