Alison has over 20 years of experience working with the hospitality industry; extensively travelled, she has worked in over 30 countries covering Europe, United States and Middle East/Africa. She has lived and worked in the Middle east for the past 4 years.
Alison comes form a strong financial background, with a BSc in Economics and an ACA Chartered Accountancy Qualification. She started her career with Andersen in the UK and US, moving to PwC in 2001.
Alison moved to the Middle East from PwC in London to help establish and develop PwC’s Middle East Hospitality and Leisure practice into a leader in its field. Her roles were initially as Middle East Hotels Lead, and ultimately as the Middle East Real Estate, Hospitality and Leisure Leader.

Andrew Lindley (Finance Director) is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Economics from Reading University, UK. He has a more than 20 years of experience in senior finance positions in the UK and the Middle East.
Andrew was previously Vice President Finance – Africa for Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts, looking after a portfolio of 25 Hotels across Africa and cruise operations in Egypt. He began his career in the hospitality industry in the UK with the Forte Group plc, and subsequently MacDonald Hotels plc. He then worked with 20:20 Mobile Group Ltd. in Senior Finance roles in the UK and the UAE. Andrew returned to hotels in 2013 as CFO of Abjar Hotels International, a hospitality company with a portfolio of franchise and managed hotels in Dubai.

Shane has 11 years experience in Banking and Corporate Finance throughout North America, Europe and The Middle-East. Shane joined Standard Chartered Bank in his current role in 2012 to develop the Bank’s Real Estate offering. Shane was previously with Deloitte, in their Corporate Finance team, where he helped expand their Debt & Capital Advisory platform in Ireland, advising on a variety of cross-border transactions including capital raisings, restructurings and FIG M&A transactions throughout Ireland, the UK and continental Europe across the Real Estate, Hotel & Leisure, Manufacturing and Financial Services industries. Shane holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from University College Galway, a Bachelor of Business & Legal Studies Degree (BBLS) from University College Dublin, a Certificate in International Treasury Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers and a Certificate in Islamic Finance from CIMA.

Piaia is holding a Master Degree in Engineering from top-leading school Ecole Centrale in France, along with proficiency in the fields of Finance and Economics. While being hands-on with his team on the development of various projects in the country and abroad, Piaia is also actively involved in the development of the economic bilateral relation between Oman and France, as President of the French Foreign Trade Advisors appointed by the French Prime Minister and Board Member of Oman France Association.
Piaia also previously held an advisory post with the United Nations in Bangkok, Thailand and acted 9 years in Strategy and Corporate Finance consulting with Arthur Andersen in Paris, while spearheading the development of Arthur Andersen’s leading consulting practice for Travel & Tourism in Europe. Of the lesser known facts about the CEO of Musstir is his passion for desert exploration, high mountaineering and archaeological digs in Guyana forest and Libya.
