Julie Hamilton is Chief Customer and Commercial Leadership Officer of The Coca-Cola Company. Previously she served as Executive Assistant to Chairman and CEO Muhtar Kent. Before that, she served as President of the Global Wal-Mart Group, responsible for leading Coca-Cola's relationship with Wal-Mart around the world.
Hamilton joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1996 and has held a variety of sales, marketing and operational positions including Group Vice President of the North America Wal-Mart Team, Vice President of Global Customer Development, Group Director for Global On-Premise Customers, Director of Franchise Sales and Marketing-Northwest US Region, Group Manager for the Worldwide Marketing Partnership with Blockbuster and Brand Development Manager of Still Beverages.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Hamilton worked for Anheuser-Busch where she held positions in marketing and domestic/international beverage sales.
Currently, Hamilton serves on the boards of the Network of Executive Women in Retail, Children's Miracle Network and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE). As a champion of women in business, she also has served as President of the Coca-ColaWomen's Forum from 2005 to 2007 and continues to mentor fellow associates and youth in the community.
Hamilton grew up in Genoa, Italy, Seattle and St. Louis. She attended high school in LeMans, France, studied at Vanderbilt University and London's Imperial College of Science and Economics. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.

Houlgrave holds an M.A. in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford. Prior to this, he worked with the internationally acclaimed studios Hopkins Architects and Glenn Howells Architects (GHA), where he was engaged in numerous projects including the London 2012 Olympics and the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Qualified with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours Degree in Architecture and a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture in 2003 and 2007 respectively, and as a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), David brings a wealth of knowledge to SSH.

In 2002 he was a founding member of HTNG and today he is an Executive Advisor to HTNG. In 2004 he was the first non-US person to be elected to the HITEC Technology Hall of Fame for his contribution to the advancement of technology in the hospitality industry. Since the early 90s he has travelled extensively throughout the world to speak at many hospitality technology conferences and has written many articles on technology that have been published all over the world.

Until recently he was a senior partner with Deloitte LLP and Global Head of Hospitality Advisory Services, based in London. In this role, he served a wide spectrum of clients across all six continents, including private family/HNWI’s; PE, SWF, institutional, RE; and corporates, and encompassing owners, investors, lenders and operators. The range of services provided included: commercial strategy and development advice; M&A/transaction services; operational/profit improvement reviews; capital-raising/IPOs; assurance; tax advice and restructuring.
Nick spent the early part of his career in hotel operations in Africa and Europe and has subsequently worked in over 70 countries and 250 markets. He is a sought-after speaker and was the organiser and chairman of the highly-regarded annual European Hotel Investment Conference in London (EHIC – which has been running for 29 years).
Nick served on the Board of global industry data provider STR from 2011 to 2017.

Gaurav has an MBA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia.
