René Beil, Managing Director of Beaufort Global Partners LLC, brings a seasoned history in hospitality management, operations, finance, investments, asset management and business development to the group.  He has led business development and growth initiatives on multiple continents as prime driver of investments, asset management, and new business development for Sovereign Wealth Funds, Government, Public & Private Companies, Royal Families, High Net-Worth Individuals as well as Family Offices.

He has a proven track record in organization building, discrete off market Private Negotiations & Transactions, Business Development to Asset Management from Boston to Buenos Aires, London to Paris through Dubai to Singapore as well as Hong Kong, accompanied by a comprehensive network of personal relationships at senior principal levels in, Government, Commerce and Finance.

Beil is of German nationality, was born in Singapore and raised in South East Asia, Bali, Manila and Hong Kong, He spent his adolescence in Europe, The Hague, Geneva, Brussels and Paris where he pursued a successful hotel career with InterContinental Hotels and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.  Subsequently, he ventured to the United States of America, Boston, in the pursuit of academic achievements

From Boston University, Beil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, complemented by a Minor in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics. He is today a member of the Advisory Board to Boston University School of Hospitality

In his past appointment as Vice President Asset Management of Dubai Investment Group, Beil’s responsibilities included the asset management of the international hotel and real estate asset portfolio of Dubai Holding, which incorporated but not limited to the Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts and other international real estate assets.  Furthermore, he was mandated to seek investments, develop & grow markets in South America and cultivate business relationships between Middle East and LATAM.

Beil is currently leading the formation as one of the founding members of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association MEA (HAMA MEA) which is being launched during AHIC 2014. He is fluent in English, French, German, Dutch and proficient in Spanish.

A graduate of Les Roches Hotel School in Switzerland and the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, Rabih has also received graduate certification from Cornell University, New York.

Responsible for Ròya's overall business development activities, Rabih spent the early part of his career working in New York City at iconic properties such as The New York Palace, The Plaza and the Westin before moving back to Abu Dhabi to run a boutique hotel.

Prior to joining Ròya, he held the position of Director of Hospitality Development at FFA Real Estate in Beirut where he oversaw several hospitality development projects. His blended background combining hands-on knowledge in hotel operations and management, contract negotiation and real estate acquisition prepared him for the complex layers in business development. A regular panelist and moderator at hospitality investment conferences across the Middle East and Africa, his business focus and strength in communications, opportunity analysis and negotiation are all driven by a passion for every aspect of the hospitality industry.

As well as a clear track record in Hotel JV Development in Asia, Harry offers over 40+ years of experience in the hotel industry with accomplishments in FDI, Project Financing, Asset Management, Hotel Transactions, Brand Transition, Turnaround and Workout, Master Planning, Operator Negotiation and Litigation.

His experience in the region goes back over twenty years in all hotel market segments, opening hotels and mixed-use projects in Asia, Africa, The America’s and the Middle East.

With a major in Hospitality Management and Finance from Manchester University, Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality. He is a past president HCIMA Hong Kong Chapter, now Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality. Mr. Johnson is Board member of the MEA Chapter of HAMA MEA – Hospitality Asset Managers Association.

With over 28 years in the hospitality world across Australia, Asia, & the Middle East in various senior management roles, I have launched & operated some of the world’s best Hotels, Resorts, Spas & Lifestyle Food & Beverage Concepts.

My career has exposed me to some of the best properties around the world and I was fortunate to partake & orchestrate several amazing openings & operations.

Covering a wide spectrum of positions within senior leadership, including the role of Managing Director for both Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas and The Anantara Group respectively. During my time with these exclusive properties, I was instrumental in nurturing sound relationships with owners, securing the best possible locations, negotiating and formalising contractual agreements, and appointing teams to infuse and reflect the ethos of the brands.  

Being based in the ME over the past 18 years, I have witnessed tremendous industry growth, gained a deep cultural understanding & have been endorsed by principals & organizations alike.  

In 2012, I have established “Gates Hospitality” A homegrown Hospitality Company representing handpicked Concepts catering for the affluent life-stylers.  

Gates Hospitality, the parent company of well-known homegrown brands such as; Ultra Brasserie, the internationally acclaimed concept; Reform Social & Grill Dubai, Folly by Nick & Scott, as well as Publique, Dubai's premier "Apres Ski chalet", The Lion by Nick & Scott , Bistro Des Arts, Via Veneto Osteria e Cucina and the ownership of Six Senses Zighy Bay.  

Continuing the successful growth of Gates Hospitality’s portfolio, Red Farm at Covent Garden, London, U.K. will be our first global foray of the group vide an international venue outside the region.

Amit is an asset manager with an 18+ yr’s of experience in asset management, private equity & operations.

He is an alumnus from the prestigious Cornell NY where he specialized in asset & revenue management as well as from IHMCTAN, Mumbai School of hotel management with a post-grad in business admin from NMIMS, Mumbai .He also holds a CHA license awarded by the American Hotel & Lodging association.

He is the Managing Director of High Point providing Asset management services & Investment within the hospitality, private equity & real estate & space. Their core focus is to manage hospitality assets, investments, development projects & real estate along with land banks within UAE, KSA & Europe as well as Private Equity placements in the same geographies. The forte’ is in building shareholder value by developing & proactively asset managing high-quality assets for their owners & partners.

Prior to joining High Point Hospitality he worked as the Director of SAN Consultants, Dubai: the outfit was a boutique consultancy firm that specializes in advisory services in the field of corporate asset management, brand development and strategy for hotels, mixed-use real estate assets & luxury brands working with Owners, Operators and Investment Funds.

Earlier to this as Executive Manager, Operations and Business Development for a Private Office (SWF) in Bahrain, where he managed as owner’s representative real estate assets globally with international operators including Four Seasons, Marriott’s and Starwood’s. He was also responsible for establishing and developing the Hotel division for the Group, and subsequently overlooked it to manage both the hospitality and real estate functions along with supporting the development pipe-line of assets for the group.

He is a Mentor at iN5 Dubai and on the executive board of the Cornell University Alumni association for GCC as well Vice President and executive board member of HAMA (Hotel asset managers association) MENA & Turkey.
