A Lebanese national, Bani has lived in Beirut, Paris and Dubai. He graduated from a French Hotel School and holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management from IMHI, a joint programme established by Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and ESSEC.Bani started his career in 1997 with Starwood at the Prince de Gales property in Paris as a front desk clerk. He previously had a multitude of hotel internship experiences in Lebanon and Paris in various administrative and operational positions.In late 2007, Bani joined Wyndham Hotel Group to head the company’s development. Bani has successfully introduced the group’s flagship brand, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, as well as the contemporary budget brand Ramada Encore to the region with the first managed hotels to open in Riyadh and Doha respectively. |
