Fergal is working with Standard Chartered as the Head of Commercial Real Estate in setting up the bank’s Middle East real estate business covering public, private and advisory solutions for the bank’s regional relationships. Prior to this Fergal held the position of Head of SEA Real Estate for Standard Chartered Bank PLC in Singapore, overseeing the coverage of SEA real estate clients. Prior to this he has worked in Hypo’s real estate group as Head of Credit and Head of Global Emerging Market Credit in Russia, Japan and China as well as higher risk facilities in Europe and the US.
